Renowned chef Fermin Azkue runs the kitchen at Salvaje with the highest quality items to pamper your palate, including octopus from Galicia, Spain, salmon from Alaska, Japanese tuna, Japanese grade A Wagyu, and more. Salvaje’s vision was and is to use the best ingredients from home and abroad in the preparation of her dishes. In addition to a seasonally changing sushi and omakase menu, typical dishes include grilled and glazed leg of lamb – lamb, teriyaki sauce, crispy wonton, Brussels salsa kimchi; Lobster Dumplings – Lobster, lobster bisque base, crispy wonton, micro mint; and stir-fry rice with duck – fried truffle rice with fried duck.

Success is real testament to the hard work and ability of our teams to create an environment that people crave. “

Salvaje’s whimsical design underlines a spacious open-air environment with a retractable roof, which was made by the internationally renowned design specialist Igancio Garcia Vinuesa. The 170-seat rooftop garden oasis features bamboo day beds for watching the sunset, creatively mismatched dining tables surrounded by adorned bookshelves, and an elegant omakase sushi bar. Exterior highlights include four signature golden rhinoceros heads, oversized Dr Seuss-like palm trees, and a variety of lighted lights to create an intimate setting.
