This Rosé Garden Popup At La Centrale In Miami Will End Labor Day Weekend

Spend your summer days in Italy! Feel like you are in a lush European garden with this gorgeous Miami wine and garden pop-up. Inspired by the cliff gardens on the Italian island of Capri, La Centrale’s Rosé Garden takes you to an Italian paradise without ever leaving Miami.

The Rosé Garden is a temporary pop-up at La Centrale, an Italian dining room in Brickell city center. The popup will be open until Labor Day Weekend this year. The garden features beautiful bougainvillea flowers, a dessert tower, fragrant lemons and a rose fountain.

Drink wine under cascading flowers as you stroll through this unforgettable Italian scene. A special menu includes Rose by the Glass, Frose, and a rose-flavored martini made from gin, lychee liqueur, lime juice, rose petal syrup, and preserved rose bud.

The dessert tower offers pink desserts such as tarts, strawberries, macarons and petite fours. You can also order classic Italian dishes like oysters, shellfish, pasta, and pizza.

The Rosé Garden popup is part of La Centrale’s summer campaign in Italy. The Italian restaurant currently has ornate backdrops of rose petals and bright lemons for diners to take photos.

La Centrale also offers cooking classes where guests can learn how to make fresh pasta. Information on lesson times and reservations can be found here.
