This weekend, Poke OG is celebrating its grand opening in downtown Miami. New restaurants are also opening on the riverside, the sticky bun donut collab of Salty Donut is returning, and Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is offering Pi-Day specials.

Poke OG will celebrate its opening in downtown Miami this Friday night. The Hawaii-meets-California spot specializes in bespoke bowls. From 6 p.m., expect music, bottomless sake and cocktails, and all-you-can-eat sack shells. You can also take home a special OG souvenir. The collaboration between Salty Donut and Knaus Berry Farm returns with more sticky bun donuts

Mark your calendar: Salty Donut’s legendary sticky-bun-donut collaboration with Knaus Berry Farm will take place again on Friday March 13th through March 22nd. The special donut is available in stores in Wynwood and South Miami until supplies run out each day. Soaked in a glaze of toasted pecans and toffee rum, and garnished with caramelized pecans, the cinnamon roll donut mashup will pop into both salty shops to satisfy as many food cravings as possible. Due to the labor intensity of the donut, quantities will continue to be limited. The rolls are priced at $ 6.50 each and are expected to sell quickly. Le Chicks Pulp Fiction Party for the second anniversary

Le Chick is 2 years old. Celebrate with a pulp fiction-themed party. Expect themed cocktails and canapés from Le Chick’s head mixologist Rebekah Stone and chef Ernesto Tapia – all in the spirit of Tarantino. Brickell’s Riverside opens the first phase of its dining and entertainment complex

Riverside, a 120,000 square foot dining and entertainment park on the Miami River, is now partially open. Restaurants that have made their debut include Cage, a casual concept from the team behind Le Chick; Lisboeta, a Portuguese seafood restaurant owned by the old town of Lisbon; Mexican restaurant Taco Gourmet by Chef Alex; and Crush Pizza Bar. This Friday, March 13th, AWA Asian Cuisine, an izakaya under the direction of Chef Gonzalo Arganaras, opens gently. Since the venue’s Super Bowl weekend debut, the main lounge, AWA bar, Miami River Brewery taproom, and Mixology bar have been operating part-time. 431 S. Miami Ave., Miami; Riverside.miami. On Pi Day – this Saturday, March 14th – Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is offering a limited selection of pieces of cake for $ 3.14 each (originally $ 7). Flavors include lime, salted caramel, pecan, apple, guavaberry, and chocolate pecan. The offer is valid at both locations of Fireman Derek.
