Salty Donut works with Rob Gronkowski for the Gronk Box. Super Bowl LIV is less than two weeks away and Miami counts through February 2nd. In the run-up to the big game, Miamians are bombarded with beers, cocktails and football-themed parties. But now there are donuts. The Salty Donut worked with former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski on the shop’s new limited Uber Eats x Gronk box. The box, which is available until January 26th, contains four Salty Donut creations, including a new flavor designed by Gronkowski himself: the Whipped Piña Colada, made from 24-hour brioche, filled with Piña Colada whip, wrapped in Coconut glaze and sprinkles garnished with salted coconut and a pineapple blossom. The Gronk Box ($ 15) – containing two Whipped Piña Coladas and two traditional glazed donuts – is available exclusively from Uber Eats. (They are not available from Salty Donut’s Shops in Wynwood and South Miami.) In addition to the four donuts, fans who order the box will automatically participate in a number of prizes that come with the boxes. Prizes include general admission tickets to Gronkowski’s Super Bowl party on February 1, Gronk Beach; signed memorabilia; and soccer jerseys.
