With temperatures potentially dropping, NOVIKOV Miami is heating up for the season. The serious international Sino-Japanese concept will bring one of the only dim sum carts to the market in Miami. With its lavish 3-course Sunday brunch ($ 23), the must-see downtown Miami destination will also introduce a new line of Siu Mai dumplings from the stylish shopping cart. Fashionable locals and visitors alike can pair their favorite dishes alongside $ 23 bottles of Whispering Angel and $ 40 Louis Roederer Brut champagne. Just in time for the cooler weather, guests can soak up the beautiful Miami surroundings while dining al fresco on the outdoor deck overlooking Biscayne Bay.

During the Sunday trolley service, a cart glides elegantly through the glamorous and energetic dining room and terrace. The guests can then individually choose their Siu Mai, which is prepared at the table and garnished with lavish toppings. In addition, Novikov will honor his Sunday dim sum menu ($ 23), which features dishes such as a Hot and sour king crab soup, saffron and sweetcorn dim sum, kimchi and wagyu dim sum, crispy Peking duck and Grilled branzino. Desserts cost an additional $ 6 each and include a new Matcha Tiramisu and Lychee Panna Cotta made by renowned pastry chef Karina Rivera.

  • King Crab and Shrimp Siu Mai garnished with caviar ($ 28)
  • Peking duck and foie gras Siu Mai topped with crispy duck skin and plum sauce ($ 23)
  • Wagyu and Truffle Siu Mai finished with Chinese chives, served with a yuzu truffle sauce ($ 23)

The Sunday brunch takes place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. A resident DJ also plays St. Tropez-inspired sounds from 1pm to 5pm. For reservations, visit Open Table or call 305-489-1000. More information about NOVIKOV Miami can be found at
