Natiivo Miami passes 300 sales milestone, now over 70% sold

Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, owned by GFO Investments, and Cervera Real Estate recently announced an important revenue milestone for Natiivo Miami.

The first development, which was specifically designed, built and licensed for home sharing, generated over 300 sales and is now sold at more than 70 percent. This important sales milestone follows the start of construction and the groundbreaking in February in Downtown Miami. Natiivo Miami, led by hospitality owners Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut, is slated for completion in the summer of 2023.

Cervera Real Estate, led by managing partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, has seen strong interest since the groundbreaking ceremony. The development has also seen domestic interest from non-state buyers, including New York; Washington, DC; Texas; New Jersey; Wisconsin; California; Washington State and Illinois.

“As the Miami real estate market continues to thrive, I believe our sales success is testament to the need for such a short-term rental product in the market, not just in Miami, but nationally and internationally,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid. “Natiivo Miami is incredibly unique in that every aspect of the short term rental management process is optimized with turnkey solutions, resulting in properties that really work for today’s buyer. More than ever, buyers want flexibility to live and stay how they like, and at Natiivo Miami we can deliver that. “

The development recently announced the addition of three coveted Miami brands, Dolce Mercato, also from LDV Hospitality, which offer authentic Italian cuisine with the feel of a sophisticated dining hall and the charm and service of a seated restaurant. Bodega Taqueria, South Florida’s iconic spot known for its authentic Mexican street food, and Gale Miami, the third hotel in the Gale Hotel in South Florida.

“It was exciting to celebrate the groundbreaking for this unique development last month [February]and we’re so excited after we hit this incredible sales milestone, “said Keith Menin, developer at Natiivo Miami. “We are ready for continued success if we push ahead with construction and provide residents with an exceptional Natiivo Miami experience.”
