Natiivo Miami is first Miami real estate development to break ground in 2021

Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, owned by GFO Investments, made history by celebrating the groundbreaking in Miami since the pandemic and licensed in 2021 with Natiivo Miami, the revolutionary brand and first development specifically designed, built and licensed for home sharing.

Led by hospitality entrepreneurs Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut, the master-planned church in the heart of downtown Miami is due to graduate in August 2022. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2023.

After the market launch in summer 2019, Natiivo Miami’s exclusive sales team, Cervera Real Estate, headed by Alicia Cervera, successfully sold over 60 percent of Natiivo Miami residences. The team has used their unprecedented knowledge of the Miami market and international experience and sold over 220 units in 2020 despite unprecedented circumstances.
