Make sure to mark May 10th on your calendar – this is the date when you show your mother or that special mother figure in your life how much you care for her.
You may not be able to celebrate together this year, but you can still convey your love and appreciation with a hearty gift of food and / or drink.
Below is a list of delicious ideas for all types of budgets that will be a hit with your mom no matter where she is.

The Rosé Festival

Don’t know much about wine but want to impress mom? La Fête du Rosé (French for “the rosé party”) is not your typical pink sparkling wine. This pesticide-free, salmon-colored wine is made by Donae Burston’s Miami-based company with grapes from St. Tropez and is a blend of Grenache (mostly), Mourvèdre and Syrah. It contains notes of dried fruits, candies and hazelnuts. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle ($ 25) will be donated to programs that deliver unique travel experiences to underserved and underrepresented young people.
