Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava May Lift Countywide Curfew On Monday – CBS Miami
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade County’s Mayoress Daniella Levine Cava can lift the curfew at a press conference Monday afternoon.
A month ago Levine Cava announced that the curfew could be lifted by April 5 if the 14-day average COVID-19 positivity rate is at or below 5.5 percent.

However, the county’s 14-day positivity rate was 6.41% on Sunday.

The number of COVID-19 vaccinations in Miami-Dade County has topped 795,000 and is set to increase significantly now as Floridians 18 and over can get the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine, while 16- and 17-year-olds can get the Pfizer shot can get.
