JLL Clinches $66M Deal For Miami Retail Center Sale
Law360 (Jan. 15, 2021, 5:23 p.m. EST) – Florida-based real estate company Midtown Development has bought a Miami retail center that also includes office space from a company of three real estate companies for $ 65.5 million, according to a Friday announcement of the sell-side broker Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.
The deal is for The Shops at Sunset Place, which is 514,690 square feet, and the seller is a Federal Realty Investment Trust company, Grass River Property and Comras Co. Grass River will continue in his real estate manager roles, JLL said Friday.
