Alligator causes traffic problems in Port St. Lucie – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

PORT. LUCIE, Fla. (WSVN) – An alligator has paralyzed a street in Port St. Lucie.

Port St. Lucie Police posted pictures of the 3-meter-long alligator on social media on Saturday.

Lyngate Drive was closed while officials from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission worked to relocate the alligator.

The alligator eventually came off the road and traffic reopened.
